1. Order confirmation

Orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation by our store. Sending an order request on the website or WhatsApp does not by itself confirm availability. Please wait for the store to confirm your order.

2. Product details and prices

Please check the product, size, colour, pack size, quantity and price before ordering. We will confirm any availability or price change with you before proceeding. Any applicable charges should be included in the total you confirm.

3. Payment, pickup and delivery

Use the payment and pickup or delivery options available for your order. Confirm payment arrangements, collection time and, where delivery is available, the address, charges and estimated delivery time with the store. Do not assume an order is ready for collection until we confirm it.

4. Cancellation requests

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. An online cancellation request, where available, is a request for store review and is not an immediate confirmation of cancellation. We will confirm the outcome and any applicable refund based on the order and payment status and applicable law.

5. Returns and product issues

Please read our No Return Policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you receive a damaged, defective, expired or incorrect item, contact us promptly with your order details and, where possible, photos. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Please provide your correct name, mobile number and, where needed, delivery address. Let us know promptly if any details need correcting so we can contact you and fulfil your order.
